My mission is to restore, reunite, + rewild humanity with nature via the intersection of Activism, Alchemy, + Art.

My greatest joy comes from guiding folks into an organic + compassionate practice of fiercely approaching vulnerability + embodying whole-hearted living.  My goal is to create brave, inclusive spaces in order to allow for radiant expression, courageous liberation, + uplifting connection.

In 2011, I received her Bachelor of Fine Arts in Dance Performance from the University of Florida, where I performed works by José Limón, Neta Pulvermacher, Shapiro + Smith, Alvin Ailey, Martha Graham, + Gerri Houlihan. I studied classical ballet with Isa Garcia-Rose, modern with Kelly Drummond Cawthon, jazz + musical theater with Ric Rose, West African Dance + Drum with Mohamed DaCosta, + Contact Improvisation with Kristin O’Neal, Madeleine Reber, Moti Mark Zemelman, + K.J. Holmes.

During my years in college, I discovered Psychology + started working in the therapeutic movement realm of Dance in Medicine. My work with people living with movement disorders such as Parkinson's Disease + terminal illnesses, such as cancer + dementia, began me down the path to pursue Dance/Movement Therapy. 

Since 2013, my field experience includes extensive work with womxn + girls recovering from eating disorders, addictive behaviors, + traumatic experiences; at-risk youth integrating back into society; elderly + adult populations living with movement disorders + levels of neurodivergence; adults who identify as highly sensitive persons (HSPs), looking for support with spiritual integration + body-based work. I specialize in offering transpersonal, integrative counseling with a somatic approach to human resilience, post-traumatic growth, + addiction recovery. I have worked with community-based + healing arts organizations; Inner Sense Healing Arts, Sat Nam Yoga Chicago, Dancing with Class, Ecstatic Dance Chicago, + Self-Reclaimed as a teaching artist, + movement + restorative justice facilitator.

Since moving to Chicago in 2011, I have collaborated with local companies + independent artists; The Dance COLEctive, dropshift dance, Salty Lark Dance, The Fly Honeys, Comedy Dance Chicago, Jacaranda Collective, Ashley Fargnoli, Catherine Tiso, Bonnie Christine Willis, + Laksha Dantran. My work has been presented at Epiphany Center for the Arts, Elastic Arts, The Newport Theater, Ace Hotel Chicago, Center on Halsted, The Den Theatre, Links Hall, The Dance Center at Columbia College Chicago, Hamlin Park Fieldhouse Theater, + The Crowd Theater.

Currently, as a performing artist, I am interested in pleasure activism via burlesque + erotic dance as persona Frann Fatale. As a somatic counselor + dance/movement therapist, I am the Founder of a private practice Hues of Wholeness. As a birth doula, I support mothers + families during pregnancy + childbirth. As a transformation facilitator, I present at festivals in the Midwest + hosts retreats, trainings, + immersions internationally. I am the Conservation Advocacy Executive + board member with Pachacamak Folk Foundation.

I am the Founder + “Mama Wolf” of SheWolf Sacred, an artistic, intersectional, socially responsive community dedicated to honoring the embodied Divine Feminine. Emerging from this organization, I co-founded a world dance + music festival entitled Uptown Rhythm Festival + an international streaming podcast called Ritual: Re:wild.

I am a Certified Reiki Master Teacher (Usui + Holy Fire), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, Registered Dance/Movement Therapist, with a Master of Arts in Dance/Movement Therapy + Counseling, + Graduate Laban Certificate in Movement Analysis from Columbia College Chicago.
